With the BOZAR BRASSERIE, the Centrer for Fine Arts revives the visionary ideas of the Architect Victor Horta. Since 2010, the entirely renovated restaurant and the innovative cuisine of the starred Chef Karen Torosyan have taken part in the whole building renovation and restoration project of which they represent an essential element. The BOZAR BRASSERIE makes tradition and innovation of Franco-Belgian classics go hand in hand.
