The Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels was designed by the most famous of Belgian architects. It is the last building built by Victor Horta at the end of the First World War.
At the time, it was the first building in Europe dedicated to bringing together all the crafts to make it accessible to as many people as possible, without elitism, which was the first source of inspiration for the Chef Karen Torosyan as soon as the restaurant opens.
The restaurant was completely restored in 2010 according to the plans of the time to keep its old style. Since its creation, this passionate craftsman has carried out a constant quest for flavors.
“Today, two stars in the Michelin Guide, 17/20 in the Gault & Millau guide, Nani-Lee Doehaerd, his partner, his wife and Karen Torosyan define this project as the culmination of a lifetime. “
