Feeding Hungry Minds

On Saturday February 16th 2019 at 8pm, 25 international chefs will cook together in Brussels to support the South-African project of chef Margot Janse.
For 10 years now, since 2009 Margot has been feeding a nutritious meal to 1500 South African kids every school day through her charity Isabelo, Feeding Hungry Minds.

Because, as she says « nobody can learn on an empty stomach ».
Chefs will be divided among 3 restaurants : BON BON, BOZAR & LE CHALET DE LA FORÊT
A unique 10 course-menu will be served, as each dish will have been specially created for the event (and will include a specific indigenous South-African ingredient).

Please arrive on time, as the dinner will start at 8pm sharp.
Please note that your e-ticket is not reimbursable.
Due to the improvisational nature of the event, we are unable to cater for any special dietary requirements, apologies for any inconvenience.
Please be aware that this event could be filmed and that pictures may be taken.
All the benefits of this dinner will go to support the « Isabelo, Feeding Hungry Minds » project of chef Margot Janse in South Africa.
